As the International Schools Alumni League (ISAL) prepares for an exciting second season, the league has unveiled its newly appointed Executive Committee—a team of dedicated alumni leaders tasked with elevating the standards of the competition, community engagement, and overall fan experience.
The five-member committee represents a diverse blend of alumni from different international schools in Uganda, each bringing a unique skill set and passion for the game. Here’s a look at the individuals leading the charge into this new chapter:
1. Arthur Jagwer — Director of Football

From designing the season format (including the League Cup and All-Star weekend) to managing the player database and disciplinary code, Arthur ensures the integrity, fairness, and smooth execution of all football operations. He also works closely with operations and digital teams to maintain real-time updates of match stats and logistics.
2. Michelle Isinbaeva — Director of Entertainment

Bringing the vibe to match days, Michelle curates the entertainment experience for fans and alumni. Her responsibilities range from booking DJs and performers to planning alumni networking activities that keep the crowd engaged long after the final whistle. Michelle is also charged with crafting initiatives that strengthen the community spirit and festive atmosphere that define ISAL weekends.
3. Kutasha M’sango & Praise Jemina — Operations Coordinators
Alumni, Aga Khan High School & Kabojja International School, respectively
